This sector includes several subsidiaries specialized in metal construction and boiler-making, precision sheet metal work, as well as in the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment for ports and dams. They also engage in foundry work and surface treatment of metal.

Subsidiaries in the Water & Environment sector form partnerships to engage in activities related to drinking water, irrigation, and sanitation. They are involved in all processes related to these activities, including treatment, supply, and distribution. Consequently, they strengthen the Group's position in a sector poised to generate a significant development potential.

The Petrochemistry sector comprises five subsidiaries. Each of them, according to its technical domain, distills ethanol from molasses, produces gases for the industrial and healthcare sectors, manufactures paints for road marking, construction, and industry needs, and produces rock salt. Additionally, they provide complementary services that overall enhance the Group's position in this sector.
